Shipping & Return
- All orders over $3000 qualify for free delivery, and orders below $3000 will be charged up to $130 or the shipping cost, depending on your location.
- We work and ship Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days. For shipping itself, you should expect the shipping carrier to take 1-5 business days to deliver your package, depending on your distance from our warehouse location. You will receive a shipping notification email, which includes your tracking number, once your order is shipped.
-Deliveries are made through freight carriers that we book. Our criteria for choosing these companies we work with are quality service, on-time deliveries, best price, and overall reliability of that company.
Carriers work Monday to Friday during regular business hours. If you are closed on certain days, you must let us know so we can notify them beforehand so they don't deliver on those days. You also must inform us of your business hours so that the carriers deliver within that time frame.
If you cannot receive the freight for any reason at the time of delivery, there will be a redelivery fee for that freight which will be invoiced separately or added to your existing invoice.
When you receive your order, any damage must be noted on the Freight Delivery Receipt before you sign. We wrap all our freights in black shrink wrap. If you see any damage or tear on it, or as an example, if we send one pallet and it is delivered to you as two pallets, you must also note that down on the delivery receipt before signing.
- If you want to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund.
- Customers are responsible for paying the return fees. Please remember that returns or exchanges are accepted on undamaged items in a resalable condition. Perishable goods such as food and beverage products are final sale and cannot be returned.
